In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will govern.

- Deposits, where required, are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Final files, source files, and completed deliverables are provided upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise specified in the client agreement.
- Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely content, feedback, and approvals needed to complete a project. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shelley Worsham / That Girl Shelley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
